Performance and features: our newly developed two-story or three spiral pipe extrusion die for dual anti-, co-extruded layer of uniform thickness, inner and outer dual anti-material (flame retardant, antistatic), core ordinary HDPE, greatly reducing the use of dual anti-material, thereby reducing the cost of dual-resistant tube.

Molds and auxiliary equipment: head of the basket using the latest design head or screw-type extrusion tube shunt compound nose, with easy adjustment, even the material characteristics, sizing sleeve slotted technology and a unique cooling water loop, to ensure pipe forming precision. Advanced PLC and color large-screen LCD display screen control system equipped with a sophisticated alarm system, a good Chinese man-machine interface, easy to operate.
